Why you should improve your existing content rather than repurposing it

Content repurposing (or recycling) consists of diversifying a content in various formats (text, infographic, video, podcast, etc.) to distribute it on different platforms. It is recognized as a content marketing best practice. I certainly do not deny it, but I believe it is even more profitable to invest your time and money in updating/improving your existing content.
